摘 要:
从山东省果树研究所桃试验基地采集‘玉妃’、‘超红’、‘岱妃’三个桃品种的幼嫩枝条22份样品, 利用6种病毒引物进行RT-PCR检测, 对桃病毒病的发生情况进行调查。结果表明, 从样品中扩增获得与苹果褪绿叶斑病毒(apple chlorotic leaf spot virus, ACLSV)、李属坏死环斑病毒(prunus necrotic ring spot virus, PNRSV)、樱桃绿环斑驳病毒(cherry green ring mottle virus, CGRMV)预期大小一致的目的片段, 其中, 从‘玉妃’桃中检测到ACLSV和CGRMV, 从‘超红’桃中检测到PNRSV, 从‘岱妃’桃中检测到CGRMV; 3种病毒中ACLSV和PNRSV的检出率为13.64%, CGRMV的检出率为40.91%。关键词:桃; 病毒病; 病原检测

Abstract:
Virus diseases of peach were investigated by RT-PCR using 6 virusal primers from 22 young stems of three varieties (Prunus persica cv. ‘yufei’, ‘chaohong’ and ‘daifei’) sampled from the resources nursery of Shandong institute of pomology. The results showed that apple chlorotic leaf spot virus (ACLSV), prunus necrotic ring spot virus (PNRSV), cherry green ring mottle virus (CGRMV) were detected from the samples with the detection ratio of 13.64%, 13.64%, and 40.91%, respectively, of which, ACLSV and CGRMV were detected from ‘yufei’, PNRSV from ‘chaohong’, and CGRMV from ‘daifei’.Key words: peach; viral diseases; pathogen detection
